Come to a Seminar or hold one at your ranch
One seminar
is for beginning riders using their own quiet gentle finished horse. And
the other seminar is for intermediate riders using their own quiet gentle
finished horse.
People that
want to come as spectators only [without a horse], are also welcome for a
smaller fee than the riders.
If you are a
ranch that wants to sponsor a seminar to be held at your ranch, then you
must have the following conditions available: Clean, safe Indoor Riding
arena and outdoor lighted arena, bathrooms or port-a-potties to accommodate
all the people, be able to serve a light lunch with drinks, and have at
least 20 clean, safe stalls for the riders horses as it is to be a two day
seminar.
These
seminars are Western style Seminars for Western type events. If your
Ranch books a Seminar you will receive $20.00 per night, per stall for stall
use, plus you will be able to have 6 free Rider passes to the Seminar and 10
free spectator passes to the seminar. The Seminars will be limited to 20
Riders [26 total, including your 6 free ones] and limited to 50 spectators
[60 total, including your 10 free ones]. Riders fee is $500.00 per rider,
[this does not include the $20.00 per night stall fees]. Spectators pay a
$30.00
fee for the 2 days [which includes lunch]. The sponsoring Ranch receives
$100.00 per rider and $10.00 per spectator plus the $20.00 per night per
stall fees. So a sponsoring Ranch could make up to $2,500.00 not counting
their stall fee money. The Ranch will be responsible for the 2 days worth
of lunches, stall bedding, clean and safe stalls, use of their lights and
arenas, and chairs for all spectators. The Seminars will be called:
